Yoga/Pilates

This course will rotate between pilates and yoga every other week.

These classes will promote healing of the heart, mind, and body while increasing dancers strength and flexibility.

Dress Code for all Yoga/Pilates Classes:

  • Fitted athletic top

  • Fitted athletic shorts or pants

  • Bare feet

  • Hair pulled back in ponytail or bun

Jr Yoga/Pilates

Jr Yoga helps dancers learn meditation, reflection, and restoration. Dancers will increase flexibility, strength, and body awareness.

Dancers in this class with not participate in a performance.

Jr Yoga is open to dancers ages 9-12.

Weekly Commitment: 1 hour

Weekly Schedule: Wednesdays 6:45-7:45

Monthly Tuition: $70

Additional Costs: Registration fee ($30)

Sr Yoga/Pilates

Sr Yoga helps dancers learn meditation, reflection, and restoration. Dancers will increase flexibility, strength, and body awareness.

Dancers in this class will not participate in a performance.

Sr Yoga is open to dancers ages 13-18.

Weekly Commitment: 1 hour

Weekly Schedule: Wednesdays 5:45-6:45

Monthly Tuition: $70

Additional Costs: Registration fee ($30)
