Stretching/Pilates

These classes will promote healing of the heart, mind, and body while increasing dancers strength and flexibility.

Dress Code for all Stretching/Pilates Classes:

  • Fitted athletic top

  • Fitted athletic shorts or pants

  • Bare feet

  • Hair pulled back in ponytail or bun

Stretching/Pilates 1

Stretching/Pilates 1 is a beginning level course that helps dancers learn Injury prevention, strength, and increase flexibility.

Dancers in this class with not participate in a performance.

Weekly Commitment: 45 mins

Weekly Schedule: Thursdays 7:15-8:00

Monthly Tuition: $62

Additional Costs: Registration fee ($35)

Stretching/Pilates 2

Stretching/Pilates 2 is an intermediate/advanced level course that helps dancers learn Injury prevention, strength, and increase flexibility.

Dancers in this class will not participate in a performance.

Weekly Commitment: 45 mins

Weekly Schedule: Thursday 8:00-8:45

Monthly Tuition: $62

Additional Costs: Registration fee ($35)
